IMPORTANT GUIDELINES FOR THE PARENTS

 

Dear Parents,

 

       We welcome you and all the Little kids to Nanhe Kadam Nursery . We request you to follow the guidelines given  below.

 

• Parents are requested to send their child to school in neat and clean uniform with black shoes and red socks (Play Group, Pre-Nursery, Nursery and K.G). For Girls Velcro shoes. Girls should tie their hair neatly with a black pin and Sikh Boys should wear red scarf .

 

• A handkerchief with the student’s name should be pinned up with a baby pin, to the uniform of every student, from the very first day , as a daily practice .

 

• Please mention your ward’s name on all items belongings to your child for eg. Bag, Water Bottle, Lunch-Box, Towel – napkin , shorts and panties .  They should be neatly labelled with the child’s name and kept in the school bag .

 

• All school books and notebooks should be  deposited in the school during the 1st week of the session , on one day only . Covers on the books should be fixed using Cello tape . No staples to be used as they could be dangerous for the child . All the books and notebooks should have name-slips and name should also be written on the first page .

 

• Child’s Name , Address, phone No , etc should be properly filled up in the School  Diary .

 

• Please try to give the child healthy and nutritious food in the Lunch – Box , Junk Food should be avoided . For e.g . Maggie, Chips, Sweets , Kurkure , Chocolate, etc .

 

• Wrap the food neatly in Aluminum foil or cling film.

 

• Parents of new students are requested to drop the students at the school gate and leave immediately , this will help greatly in reducing the trauma of separation for the child .

 

• On occasions when the child is not being picked up by the regular authorized guardian , an authority letter, for sending the child with another person, has to be furnished .

 

• Activity Folders for Play Group , Pre-Nursery Nursery and K.G  with all the activities of the months will be given to the parents on the Meeting day, which should be returned within two days, if lost, Rs 50/- will be charged for a new folder .

 

• A Leave application must be submitted whenever the child is absent from the school .

 

• The School management requests the parents to give their valuable suggestions, to bring more improvement in the school . For this purpose Suggestions –Box has been setup. Parents can meet the Principal if they are facing any problem. Each and every suggestion and discussion will be kept confidential .

 

• School will remain closed on all Saturdays .

 

• Keep in touch with the Home Work Diary daily.

 

• Before leaving home, make your child say a small prayer to God Almighty, which would help him/her to ba a good child
